Not so great gravy

Last night I tried something new. I tried to make gravy. I followed this recipe from homesicktexan.blogspot.com pretty closely but wasn’t thrilled with the results.

2 tablespoons pan drippings, bacon grease or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons flour
