Weekend Update: Alleged Vacation

Spent the weekend in Dallas with the wife.

 

What? You didn’t know that Dallas was the new vacation spot?

 

Well, really it’s not, but we had a good time.  We were there for a wedding and made a long weekend out of it hanging out with friends, enjoying some good food, and doing a little site seeing. 

 

One of the sites we saw was the Sixth Floor Museum.  The museum is on the sixth floor of the Texas Book Depository building where Lee Harvey Oswald allegedly shot JFK.  I say “allegedly” because that’s what the plaque on the building says. Also, if you ask the guy who has a display on the grassy knoll he’ll tell you it was all part of a conspiracy.

 

Anyway, that was my weekend. How was yours?
