- Friday Night a friend and I went to see Paranormal Activity, while the wife was out of town on business. I really enjoyed the movie. It was simple and well done. If you're a fan of the horror genre I recommend you see it. Just don't see it if you are going home to an empty house by yourself. That was my mistake.
- Saturday was the big Fall fundraising event at work. We put on a jazz concert in a local park. It was a lot of fun, even for those of us working.
- Sunday was a big day at church. There a wedding shower pot-luck for a new couple, and a big announcement from our Preacher and Elders. The announcement was that our Preacher and his wife will be relocating to Australia to take care of their ailing parents. It's news that's a little sad and surprising, but it's also exciting because the Elders selected our Young Adults Minister to take on the role of preacher.
