Here's a quick run-down of my 10 favorite albums of 2008.  Not all of these may have been released last year, but that's at least when I purchased them. Oh, and the list is in no particular order.
  1. Jenny Lewis – Acid Tongue
  2. Spoon – Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga
  3. Jack's Mannequin – The Glass Passenger
  4. She & Him – Volume One
  5. Weezer – The Red Album
  6. Death Cab for Cutie – Narrow Stairs
  7. Coldplay – Viva La Vida
  8. Pennywise – Reason to Believe
  9. Feist – The Reminder
  10. Vampire Weekend – Vampire Weekend
Looking back there was deffinately a theme of female folk music last year.  Kind of interesting.

Whoa. I just finished my list, and popped over here to find you doing the same, with the internal links, even. Kind of freaked me out. And now I don’t feel as behind. Good albums.

I really don’t understand how you can have a best of list before the end of the year. I don’t think we’re behind at all.
