A Late Weekend Update

I’m sorry I didn’t give an update on last weekend. Please forgive me. This week has just gotten away from me. I’m a little sick and a little stressed so I haven’t had much time to blog.

Friday Night
Friday was Halloween and every Halloween our church puts on a Fall Festival with carnival type games and such. This year, like every year, Erin and I went and helped out. It’s a lot of fun, but a lot of work at the same time. For the past few years I’ve been in charge of the event, but this year someone else took the reigns and did a great job.

After an exhausting evening at the church building Erin and I watched The Shinning with some friends and ate tunnel pizza (AKA Stuffed Crust Pizza from Pizza Hut) until 2 AM.

Saturday
We relaxed. We had a nice lunch at the Corner Bakery and bumped into some friends who were just finishing their breakfast. After lunch we did a little shopping and some stuff around the house. That was pretty much Saturday… unless I’m forgetting something. It was almost a week ago.

Sunday
Church, lunch at NYPD Pizza, washed the car, and went to small group.

Things I didn’t do this weekend

• Work on Erin’s Car
• Work on the Mustang
• Fix the flat tire on Erin’s parent’s oldsmobile
• Fix the flat tire on Erin’s parent’s van
• Exercise (Erin really wanted to)
